At Phoenix Care we have staff that can provide you with a wide range of services including personal care, nursing care and a range of domestic services. Additionally, palliative support and end of life intensive support is available. We also support a wide range of approved providers across Brisbane and brokerage is available to enable you to have the care staff you want - the choice is yours. Private care, including nursing care by our registered nurses, is available on a 24 hours basis and in home respite and social support is available upon request.
We believe that communication and feedback is one of our key strengths and we make every effort to match the right staff member with you and we are sensitive to your cultural, LGBTI or religious needs.
All our staff undertake extensive training and are handpicked to assist in providing a strong knowledge base ensuring understanding and compassion.
