Staff Training
All staff undertake face-to-face Phoenix Care training, annually. You can be assured that our staff have completed all of the mandatory components that they are required to meet as part of the new Common Standards for our industry, including aged care, disabilities and community care. This is, we believe, one of the really outstanding differences that we provide for our team.
The day is full of more than just the "must have" ticked off information. We also keep the staff up to date with industry changes and specialised education sessions for registered staff to meet your special needs and providing hospital quality in-home services across Brisbane.
All staff hold CPR, first aid and national police checks.
